Ermine

With a lengthy body and big eyes, the Ermine coat changes from white in the winter to brown and yellowish in the summer. The picture here shows the transition of this coloration. They long body is quite agile and helps in burrowing and hunting prey. Their diet consists of small mammals, birds, eggs, frogs and fish and mostly hunt for food at night.
