Administrative Assistant – We are hiring a part-time (40%) Administrative Assistant to assist with reserve administration and management. The person in this position will serve as the Administrative Assistant for the UCSB Valentine Eastern Sierra Reserves, and acts as first point of contact for reserve users, including scheduling use of reserve facilities and orienting users. Responsible for answering phones and emails, and managing reservations and scheduling use and general upkeep of reserve facilities. Assists with financial duties including invoicing users and organizing donations. Performs other duties as assigned. Communication and Outreach Coordinator – We are hiring a part-time (40%) Communication and Outreach Coordinator. The person in this position will manage and coordinates reserve outreach and communications platforms, including the reserve website and social media, public use, and volunteer activities.
